| Description: | Summary
The Performance Contracting Salesperson will be responsible for development, documentation and management of the technical components of the Energy Savings/Capital project. The Energy Savings/Capital project helps customers meet their long-term efficiency and sustainability needs, helps Brady build stronger service relationships, and increases the value of our maintenance programs, and is a key initiative at the company. The Performance Contracting Salesperson will be selling capital and maintenance projects through a financial based sales. These sales will be focused on private and public sector customers.

| Duties: | Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other functions may be assigned.
� Prospecting and Sales to customers
� Lead/Assist with the technical engineered solution
� Formulate the financial solution for the customer.
� Supervise the preparation of customer statements of operation and energy performance, including operational and maintenance change recommendations, and potential energy projects
� Supervise the complete LEED-EB preliminary assessments, and consult with customers
� Supervise and assist in the preparation of customer utility analysis reports
� Supervise the preparation of quarterly local market and regulatory update reports for delivery to customers
� Meet with customers for efficiency consultations
� Qualifying, pricing and presenting agreement upgrades and new agreements
� Maintain an up-to-date report of active project sales and maintenance opportunities
� Qualifying, pricing and presenting project proposals

| Qualifications: | Education and/or Experience
� Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
� 5+ years relevant experience
� Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
� Working knowledge of engineering load calculation and equipment selection software
� Basic Auto-cad skills
� Working knowledge of estimating software (preferred)
REQUIRED SKILLS
� Possess strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage tasks associated with development of Energy Savings/Capital project opportunities
� Fully competent in analysis and assessment of facility systems
� Solid computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and at least one energy modeling program (DOE-2, HAP, Trace, EQuest, etc.)
� Test and measurement tool skills: Temperature, pressure, humidity, amperage, voltage, energy, air and water flow, and CO2
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
� Valid Driver�s License
� Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred
� LEED � AP (existing buildings) preferred
� North Carolina PE license
